Dr. Copeland and her assistants are always very thorough while caring for my very high-needs eyes. They are constantly keeping their equipment up to date, too, which is impressive. They always have some of the latest technology for eye care - something new every year I'm there! That says a lot because they are staying up to date on research to give patients the best care possible. Dr. Copeland has talked about studies when discussing care options with me, which also shows she is keeping up to date with the latest improvements in eye care. The office is well maintained and very clean. The assistants and front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, too! I've trusted my high myopia vision with Dr. Copeland since I moved here in 2022 and I will continue going there as long as I can 🙂

I am very happy with Dr. Alexandra Copeland and her staff. I have been dealing with severe dry eye for years. I found Innovative Eye Care a little over a year ago, when I moved to the area. Dr. Copeland started treating my dry eye with basic dry eye therapies. When I wasn't getting much relief, she started consulting with other doctors and developed a more intensive and focused treatment plan for me, which has included in-office therapies, prescription and OTC medications, nutritional supplements, and at-home therapies. We're still working to find the best treatment for my severe condition. But Dr. Copeland has been very compassionate and determined to provide the best care for me. I highly recommend Dr. Copeland at Innovative Eye Care.

I was in need of eye care after years of not going and a change in insurance and these ladies were great! Clean, friendly environment with a great selection of glasses. They do a thorough job of examining your eye and breaking it down so you understand what's happening and what each part of your eyes and what you're seeing on the screen. They made me feel very comfortable and were understanding of my budget. Definitely would recommend to anyone, especially those who are under Medicaid and struggles searching for good quality care. Dr. is great. First visit was really nice and went as expected. Second visit, they ordered the wrong color glasses (red) and added a $60 warranty without asking or sharing the cost. I have only ever got clear or dark frames, never with color. They did have the correct glasses about 1.5 weeks later and another visit. Also, they did offer a refund on the warranty charge when I noticed on the emailed receipt and requested it be removed. Printing the bill and explaining the charges before asking for a credit card would be a better process for everyone involved and this would likely improve the customer experience with better charge transparency.

I have a very complex eye condition and needed FMLA for work. No other doctor has taken the time out to help me in this area but! Nor Dr. Copeland. She has helped me maintain my cotton and helped me not worry about my job.

I started a new journey with Innovative Eye Care this January. The help, time and concern with my vision needs were remarkable from Dr. Copeland and her team. The test that was given at my first initial appointment was impressive. Fast forward to when my contact lenses came in, woo. They were patient with me. We recently moved our kiddos to this office for vision exams. We had a scheduling issue but the front desk worked it out and made sure both our kids were seen by the doctor as we had planned which we appreciated. We also ordered glasses and the office staff for fitting glasses is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Glasses were more expensive than our previous office but we understand this office orders more premium lenses due to the benefits they provide.
